Shipping~ We ship using the cheapest method of shipping. Most likely by USPS. We suggest you consider purchasing insurance which is located in our Accessories category. We are sorry but we can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
International~ We will happily ship international but please email me for shipping charges.
Shipping times~ All items will have an approximate shipping time in the product description page. If it is instock it will ship out the next business day.
Refunds~ Sorry but we can not issue refunds. We would be happy to issue exchanges or store credit. The items returned must be in new, unwashed, unused condition. Sorry but we can not refund shipping charges. All exchanges must be done within 30 days. All sale items are final.
Defective products~ We stand by all of our products for 30 days. We can not be held responsible for items misused or not cared for properly. Please see our diaper care section for how to care for your items. If you have a defective product please contact me so that we may handle it :)
Payments~ We accept payments through paypal both funded, and credit card. We also accept money orders and checks (products will not be mailed till check clears)
